Role Overview
We're seeking an exceptional Senior UI/UX Designer to join our creative team and help shape the future of our digital products. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end design processes, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, beautiful, and user-centered experiences that delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for key product initiatives
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and shipped products
- Expert proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Maintain and evolve design systems aligned with brand standards
- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in design reviews and stakeholder discussions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Figma and design collaboration tools
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design
- Ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SaaS or enterprise products
- Exposure to design systems at scale
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints
- Prior collaboration with cross-functional teams
